Moving Out 2 - OUT NOW!

It's moving day! SMG Studio and Team17 have officially launched Moving Out 2!
Moving Out 2 is the sequel to SMG's physics-based moving simulator, Moving Out, and is bigger and more ambitious in every way! After working closely with the SMG team and bringing this title to life with wall-to-wall wacky sound design, it's great to see this colourful sequel already receiving positive feedback from critics and fans alike!

We began working with SMG Studio relatively early in Moving Out 2's development in order to establish a sonic palette for the game and begin creating audio systems that would work hand-in-hand with the gameplay. Knowing that Moving Out 2 was going to be full of interactive gags, one of our primary goals was to support and add new layers to the game's humour.
After watching some early reviews and streams, we're pleased to see that players worldwide are enjoying this silly game and all the wacky sound effects we crafted!
This project was a collaborative effort and wouldn't be complete without the charming soundtrack by Brad Gentle, who's no stranger to SMG Studio games and has previously composed music for No Way Home and Death Squared. Working closely with Brad and the SMG Studio team throughout the main chunk of Moving Out 2's development, level design, music, and sound all work together to create a rich and cohesive experience.
We also collaborated with Carl Powell, aka Atezian Audio, to help bring this ambitious project to the finish line. With recent experience creating sci-fi engine asset packs, Carl brought the Smooth Moves truck to life in each fantastical biome.
